Andrew Rooke founded AMR Consults after nearly 30 years in the water resources industry, which includes 12 years service in the public sector.  Andrew has also served on the boards of several regional and national organizations, giving him further insights into the needs of our communities.  Since returning to the consulting community in 2000, he has led projects large and small, local and international, helping to bring the projects to successful completion.
